I-left there with pain still. I still have some pain. I don't feel that the steroid medication Is helping. I don't know what is wrong and I haven't seen anything in the MyChart to tell me what is wrong with me. I know Dr. Santone wishes to see me in July but I don't feel I should wait till then to know what was/is wrong. That is my concern.

My migraines have been getting worse since they started. Dr. Santone has always discussed new available treatments. She also sent me information about "why" I might not be responding to these treatments. (except when we moved 4 hours away & even then, we still returned to her a few times) We were so relieved when we returned to her area. Dr Santone has been my primary care doctor and as I call her my angel for 20 years. She saved my life. When I first met her I had not had a mammogram in 12 years. I had kept postponing. She excused herself then returned with my scheduled mammogram for 9 am the next day. I kept the appointment and cancer was discovered. Thanks to Dr Santone it was only at stage 2, Praise God and Methodist to bring cancer free.

Dr. Santone did an excellent job of listening and coordinating multiple complicated and urgent issues. Home oxygen was delivered on a Friday afternoon, Rxs were sent , specialist was consulted and a complex treatment plan was developed . All while having a busy schedule, I never felt rushed or unattended.Joscelyn , her assistant, was extremely competent is arranging Oxygen delivery as well as managing other family medical requests. Few facilities have exceptional doctors as Dr. Santone. She is an exemplary Family doctor and valuable addition to Methodist Medical Group and Methodist system.
