About Maria Levano, PA-C
Maria Levano, PA-C, has worked in the healthcare industry since 2016, beginning as a medical assistant, then advancing to become a certified physician assistant. Levano completed her bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University in Connecticut, and earned her master’s degree from Mercy College in New York City. Specializing in orthopaedic trauma surgery, Levano treats any type of orthopedic trauma injury, including fractures of any kind throughout the body. Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, Levano is able to diagnose and treat patients in lieu of a physician. This unique flexibility allows patients the option to book their appointments sooner, expediting the treatment process.
Outside of work, Levano enjoys spending time with her family in New York, running, biking, being outdoors, and soaking up a day at the beach with her fun loving dog.
