To attend our in-person events, registration is required and can be completed online only. Registration opens on May 1 at 7 a.m. All virtual events on Zoom do not require registration.

About this event

Improve strength and flexibility with this chair-based yoga class. Designed for all levels, these gentle, floor-free stretches offer a perfect low-impact workout or a refreshing break to de-stress during your day. Registration is required. 

  • First session on Tuesday, May 12, 10 a.m.
  • Second session on Tuesday, May 26, 10 a.m. 

In person: Methodist Charlton Medical Center, 3500 W. Wheatland Rd., Outpatient Building, Outpatient Auditorium

Parking: Open parking lot located in front of the Outpatient Building
